Activities include the use of a foam roller to lengthen & strengthen muscles to release tension & create balance in the body. Prepare the body for more challenging activities in order to recover from injury or prevent injury. Each class is a rewarding experience set to inspirational music.

“Core Strength” Hips, Abs & Shoulders

Increase confidence, improve posture & maintain functionality 

Power up from the inside out! Find your inner strength. Activities include strengthening the core & lower back, improving balance, endurance & flexibility. We will use balls, bands, tubes & body weight. Music & aroma therapy set the tone & tempo for a total escape & mindful experience. 

“Cardio” Boost Your Metabolism

 Lose weight, enhance your mood, increase your endurance

Whether you want to run a marathon or just play with the grandkids, we have a cardio program for you! Learn what your heart rate training zones are by working with a heart monitor. Stay safe & injury free & have fun while you are at it! Great music.

“Shoulder” Strength

Improve range of motion, develop strength & healthy alignment patterns

Don’t let the weight of the world get you down. Develop shoulder strength with a progressive program designed just for you. Learn to use your shoulders & exercise them within a healthy range of motion. This class offers the basic foundation for shoulder strengthening in order to prevent injury.

“Buns & Abs” Tone up & Trim Down

Manage weight, look great & have fun doing it, hot body stuff

Get your groove on! Funky music & fun exercises to tone those buns & abs! High energy & fast moving. Legs, hips, thighs, buns & abs. The best of all of the above. Bring your energy & your sass to this class!

“10 Minute Do-It-Yourselfer”

Don’t know what to do next? Take this class & learn how to do 13 exercises for a total body workout!

Learn proper movement patterns & exercise progression using the large muscle groups for warm-ups, smaller muscles groups for toning & trimming in the proper order for a balanced workout. Take home customized & written instruction for at home work outs. Good for homebodies who have the discipline to work out on their own!

“The Sleeper”

Small, thoughtful movements designed for powerful results. Yoga-esque, mindful, isometric movements to increase strength, endurance & flexibility. You’ll hardly know what hit you but you’ll be glad you showed up.
